• Aircraft Interiors Expo Hamburg  1-3 April 2008.
• Travel Distribution Summit Latin America 2008  World Trade Center, Mexico City 2-3 April 2008.
• Airport Expo 2008  "The ground support and airport equipment show."  Airlines and FBO personnel will have a change to network as a community and see the latest GSE and airport equipment and technology.  The Expo will have a dedicated outdoor exhibit area for GSE and ramp equipment and vehicles, and an indoor exhibit hall.  Las Vegas, 8, 9, 10 April 2008.
• Sun 'n Fun Fly-In  The 34th annual event features static display aircraft, over 500 commercial exhibits, Ladies Pavilion, Parts Exchange, and a daily airshow.  The USAF Thunderbirds are scheduled to be present throughout the show and perform on Saturday and Sunday.  Over 450 educational forums and hands-on workshops will be available.  April 8 - 13, 2008, Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, Florida.
• Airport Cities World Conference & Exhibition  The conference will attract some of the industries key decision-makers from various airports, airlines, government and aviation regulatory authorities from around the globe.  The "Airport Cities" program will address how airports are strategically planning to develop as cities in their own right. • Bradford Camps Sikorsky Weekend  This seminar is given each year at the North Maine Woods sportsman's camp of Igor I. • Aero GP  A new international sports series filmed for television and featuring 500 kph pylon air racing, precision target bombing, and air combat.
• American Powered Parachute Association  Host of the World Powered Parachute Championship each year in Greenville, Illinois, USA.
• Barron Hilton Cup  This event recognizes soaring pilots who have flown the longest glider flights in their parts of the world.
• Flyathlon  A multiple challenge activity in which the Flyathletes take part in a flight segment, and in additional sport segments.  The sport segments are determined according to the available amenities in the destination Flyathlon airport area.  Half Moon Bay, California.
• Hot Air Balloon European Cup 
• Red Bull Air Race  Competition where talented pilots are up against each other in a race based on speed, precision, and skill.  The objective is to navigate a challenging race course in the sky, in the fastest possible time.  Pilots fly individually against the clock and have to execute tight turns through a slalom course consisting of specially designed pylons, known as "Air Gates." After knockout rounds the two fastest pilots go head-to-head in the final.  The flying is low-level and the spectators are close to the action.
